Taylor Grange was established in 2008 as a privately owned investment & development company focusing on delivering high quality residential and retail led schemes across sites in the Midlands and throughout the UK, partnering with some of the largest names in the industry.

Taylor Grange’s track record has been built on a proactive and decisive approach to find, assemble and regenerate the right land opportunities which we do exceptionally well. The ability to navigate the complex planning system and to maximise the potential of the final development puts Taylor Grange in a great position as this knowledge and experience influences our decisions when it comes to selecting appropriate sites, ensuring we can maximise the value of all our developments.

In 2015, the company steered further into the Private Rental Sector (PRS) with a core focus on Birmingham and other large regional cities in the UK which we deliver through our development partners. Moreover, Taylor Grange’s expansion into strategic land assembly see’s the group’s current total land bank portfolio sitting at 450 acres.
