Birmingham has been seeing a renaissance over the last few years with large amounts of investment into the city; including New Street Station, the Metro and plans for HS2; not with-standing the significant level of construction within the residential and commercial sectors throughout the  city. The development of the Princip Street site forms part of a larger regeneration that is currently underway in the Historic Gun Quarter in Birmingham.

Princip Street’s prime location is within close proximity to the city’s core, a 10min walk from Snow Hill Station and the city CBD, a 15 min walk from New Street Station, The Bullring and the cities central shopping region to the south and the  Jewellery  Quarter  to  the West which has seen an increase in trendy bars, clubs and restaurants.
